Pal Itch is a one-tap app for close friends. By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Who we are

Your account

• You sign in with your Apple ID and pick a username. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings; everything is removed immediately.

What you may not do

• Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone. Pal Itch reaches people who accepted you as a friend — treat that as the small circle it is.
• Send links, spam or automated gongs. Rate limits apply and are not negotiable.
• Upload a photo or write a line that is illegal, sexual, hateful or someone else's.

Anyone can report a person, a photo or a pager line from inside the app. We review every report within 24 hours; two reports hide a photo and three pause a pager immediately. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

Pal Itch Pro

Pal Itch Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store. The price and period are shown before you buy. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Features included in Pro are listed on the purchase screen and may change; the free core of Pal Itch — gongs, five friends, status, one group — stays free.

Your content

Your name, photo, status line and pager lines stay yours. You give us the licence needed to show them to the friends you chose, and nothing more.

Availability and changes

Pal Itch is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features, and we will update these terms here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MTNT Solutions FZE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Pal Itch. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the app.
